Insurance and Payment Information

The physicians at Comprehensive Internal Medicine are participating providers with most insurance companies. Please check with your specific carrier to make sure we are a provider for your plan. At this time CIM does not accept any Medicaid health plans.

 

As a benefit to our patients we file all our insurance claims electronically. We also offer secondary and tertiary billing. Self-pay patients are accepted on an individual basis.
